We are adding Occupational Therapy to our practice! The occupational therapist will provide direct, patient-focused care to our patients, primarily birth to 18 years of age. Responsibilities include evaluations and treatment planning specific to patient needs, as well as assisting current management in duties necessary to continue building an OT department. You will be required to perform the professional duties and standards of care as specified by the American Occupational Therapy Association, and state and federal laws and regulations.

Guaranteed salary and $5,000 sign-on bonus if full-time

Our 75 therapists work as a team to provide coverage in school systems in surrounding counties, our outpatient clinic, daycares, and homes. Children are generally seen for individual treatment (no group therapy), and in the school systems this is done without the burden of school system case management, IEP meetings, and school system paperwork. Please be aware that many of our therapists are commuting daily.
Occupational Therapist must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience serving the pediatric population. Candidate must have obtained a Masters Degree and hold current licensure in the state of Tennessee. Additional certifications/post-graduate training pertaining to pediatrics preferred, but not required.
