Warehouse/Tank Gas Delivery Assistant Clerk - 1902472
Required Qualifications: (as evidenced by an attached resume)
High School Diploma/GED (foreign equivalent or higher). Two (2) years of related experience. Frequently moves/transports cylinders weighing up to 400lbs with assistance with a rolling dolly down corridors to delivery locations.
Experience with warehouse delivery, customer service, and stock room operations/inventory control.
Brief Description of Duties:
To perform a variety of warehouse and delivery duties, within a fast paced procurement environment to include the following duties:
Accompany the vendor daily to various campus locations to verify cylinder deliveries and assist in the delivery of cylinders (cylinders weigh upwards to 400lbs).
Responsible for delivery paperwork. Strict attention to detail is imperative.
Pull inventory from warehouse shelves for daily orders and delivery of.
Responsible for completion of ordering in financial based software system.
Provide high levels of customer service including answering the phone and assisting customers with ordering and delivery issues.
Perform physical inventory counts.
Other duties as assigned.

The successful incumbent will frequently ascend/descend in and out of a large truck for campus deliveries.
