Position Management Coordinator (Human Resources) - 1903046
The position reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth and efficient functioning for various divisions. Individual collaborates with Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) to ensure requisitions, and line numbers are managed in various SUNY systems. Individual will ensure compliance with civil service guidelines for line management. Individual will exercise independent judgment in the resolution of line management issues.
Duties of the Position Management Coordinator may include but are not limited to:
Assists with the line management process for Classified Service (CSEA, PEF) and Unclassified Service (UUP, M/C) job requisitions.
Manage and maintain line management database in Microsoft Excel, using v-lookup to capture changes.
Collaborate with compensation and talent acquisition about open requisitions.
Review templates for recruitment of new positions in Taleo in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
E nter data and changes into PeopleSoft, NYSTEP and SUNY Admin.
Approve replacement requisitions in Taleo ensuring information is accurate.
Reclassify lines to meet operational needs.
Communicates and works closely with various administrative Hospital/University offices regarding the hiring process.
Manages all data using available software in relation to inquiries, applicants, interviews, and hires, and retrieves data whenever needed
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or other related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience managing HR data across HR technologies.
Strong knowledge of the following technologies as they relate to HR: MS Excel, ATS and HRIS systems
Attention to detail
Prior recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
Prior HR experience in a large, complex healthcare facility
This position will remain posted until filled or for 90 days max.
