Nemours Children’s Health System is seeking a FULL-TIME Site Administrator for Lakeland FL. Candidate must live , or be willing to move to the Lakeland Fl area.
Responsible and accountable for the management, coordination, and operational leadership of Nemours partnership with Lakeland Regional Health to ensure ongoing successful operations and continued growth and development of programs and services. The Administrator will work closely with Lakeland Regional leadership to ensure the partnership achieves quality, operational and financial expectations.
The Site Administrator will live in the Lakeland FL area. He/She serves as the lead administrator for the development and implementation of improvement strategies related to Partner Practice business operations, financial performance, decision support analytics, revenue cycle enhancement and is also responsible for participating in departmental and enterprise-wide programs for continuous process improvement and all other efforts aimed at achieving Nemours strategic business objectives. The Administrator will bring strategic guidance and best practice rigor to operational challenges across practice integration, operational efficiency and investment and growth strategy. This will include accountability for business plan development for new or expansion of programs as well as development and approval for the budget. The Administrator will be aligned with the Florida Practice responsibilities. The Administrator will also partner with key Practice, Hospital and Shared Services Stakeholders to ensure cadence in standard work processes as well as enterprise best practice standards.
Bachelor’s Degree required
Graduate level Degree ( Business) preferred but not required,5 years of progressive management /leadership roles in practice management or comparable experience
More than 5 years medical practice operations management experience preferred
