Valid Arizona or compact state RN licensure; BSN or MSN preferred
Three years of RN experience, with two years in the clinical specialty
One year of leadership experience (charge nurse or other clinical leadership or management role)
Current AHA BLS certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) completion
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows; EMR and Cerner strongly preferred
