This position will be responsible for:
Providing bio-statistical support for quality improvement and research projects and collaborating with, consulting and educating physicians and staff.
Performing statistical analyses in support of the quality improvement and research functions.
Producing high-quality reports of data analyses.
Contributing to manuscripts and presentations, including writing descriptions of statistical methods to analyze data, and preparing tables and graphs of study results.
Providing timely statistical leadership.
Providing analytical support for clinical, regulatory and analytical reports.
Providing bio-statistical support for quality improvement and research projects.
Providing positive and effective customer service and contributing to teamwork within and between departments, divisions, programs, and other organizations.
Designing, writing, and overseeing production of data analysis reports and reports.
To qualify, you must have:
Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a closely related field.
One or two years of experience required.
Experience in statistical programming (e.g. SAS, Stata, or SPSS)
Strong analytical skills to resolve scientific, clinical, or administrative problems that require innovative application of the highest levels of specialized knowledge.
The ability to handle multiple problems and projects at one time, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all projects, and dealing with conflicting views or issues and mediating fair and workable solutions is critical.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Solid interpersonal, educational, and leadership skills are required in order to effectively train and mentor research project staff, and data analytics staff.
