About the Nurse Residency Program
L akeland Regional Health (LRH) promises to treasure, nurture and inspire all our newly hired and transferring new Registered Nurses through a comprehensive, learner-centered one-year Nurse Residency Program. The program supports the successful transition of the new nurse into a professional role in an acute care setting in one of the following patient care areas:
Education: Essential: * Associate of Science in Nursing completed before January 2020. Nonessential: * Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Education equivalent experience: Essential: * Nursing: If hired after 2013, must obtain Bachelor degree in Nursing within 3 years of employment date. Nonessential: * Nursing
The Nurse Residency Program hiring event will be held on December 7, 2020! If selected you will receive an offer the day of the event and will start employment on February 10, 2020. This program is for all Graduate and/or Registered Nurses with 12 months or less experience in an acute care setting as a Registered Nurse.
Licenses Essential: Current license as Registered Nurse in Florida must be obtained by January 26, 2020
