Memorial Healthcare System is expanding its scope of services to include urgent care centers in the Broward County area. Applicants should be BE/BC in family medicine with a minimum 3 years’ experience in an urgent care setting.

 

Ideal candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrated through patient management plans, patient follow-up and mid-level practitioner supervision. All candidates should be advised that a blended medical residency including both internal medicine and pediatrics exists. A thorough knowledge and application of appropriate diagnostic testing and interpretation as well as responsible prescription management are also required. Proficiency with suturing and minor surgical procedures required.

 

This is a staff relief position with the multi-specialty Memorial Physician Group. The position offers a competitive compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability is covered under sovereign immunity.
