What You Will Do
L akeland Regional Health is searching for an experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager to join its Talent Division as Manager of Employee Health & Workers' Compensation. This role oversees the delivery of Employee Health Services for employees, medical staff and volunteers, manages the Workers' Compensation Program and functions as Case Manager, and ensures compliance with accreditation standards and government regulations.
What You Will Need
Q ualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited university, Master's preferred; CCM or CDMS certification preferred; and a minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health and worker's compensation case management. The selected candidate will possess proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, conflict resolution, interpersonal communication skills, the ability to analyze data for decision-making, excellent problem resolution skills, and critical thinking abilities .
