Tampa General Hospital (TGH) is a private not-for-profit hospital and one of the most comprehensive medical facilities in West Central Florida serving a dozen counties with a population in excess of 4 million. Under administrative supervision of the Senior Vice President of Patient Services, responsible for assessment, implementation and evaluation of
administrative operations to deliver efficient and effective delivery of patient care services to nursing and/or ancillary department. Responsible for operations of department. Works in collaboration with Management team to ensure delivery of patient care services is efficient, with high quality outcomes. Acts as a department representative for internal and external customers. Responsible for hiring, directing and evaluating designated management staff members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Nursing, Clinical Nurse experience with current Florida license, 3-5 years progressive management experience. Experience in Women's and Children's Services preferred, at least one required.
