THIS IS NOT AN H1- B OPPORTUNITY Responsibilities The Project Policy Analyst 2 Supervisor serves as Project Manager for the Pediatric Telehealth Research Program within the Critical Care Division and is involved with various grants, contracts, outreach, and research projects related to the use of telecommunications technologies (telehealth) in the delivery of pediatric and other specialty services to a variety of northern California locations. Reporting directly to the Director of Pediatric Telehealth, the Project Policy Analyst 2 Supervisor manages all pediatric research projects from the conceptual phase through evaluation and oversees the work of research personnel to ensure completion of grant-specified responsibilities including the development and implementation of the research grants, the analysis of data for evaluative purposes, facilitating contractual agreements with participating sites, and reporting requirements as outlined by UCDHS internal guidelines and external funding agencies; will work with the Principle Investigator/Director of Pediatric Telehealth to manage budgets for quality of results; and troubleshoot challenges causing barriers to success. Additionally, the Project Policy Analyst 2 Supervisor actively participates in the outreach and development of telehealth affiliations for the Pediatric Telemedicine Program, is responsible for assisting in the proposal of highly impactful research ideas, data management for research manuscripts, and scientific writing for peer-reviewed manuscript submissions and new grant proposals for further growth of the Pediatric Telemedicine Program.
