Nemours is seeking an IS Business Applications Manager (Business Apps - Rev Cycle), FULL-TIME, to join our team in either Wilmington, Delaware, Jacksonville, Florida or Orlando, Florida.As the birthplace of the Nemours healthcare system, the Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Del. honors our legacy of delivering exceptional care to the children of the Delaware Valley and beyond. Ranked among the nation’s best pediatric hospitals by U.S. News & World Report and honored with the ANCC’s Magnet Designation for excellence in nursing practice, we offer intensive and acute inpatient and outpatient services covering more than 30 pediatric specialties. In October, we will complete a multi-phase hospital expansion that will include new inpatient rooms, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department. Additionally, Nemours duPont Pediatrics allows us to reach more children across the region through community-based physician services and collaborative partnerships with health and hospital systems. Job Duties Responsible for the daily oversight of enterprise Business Applications to ensure the optimal use of mission critical systems that enable Nemours to deliver excellent patient care and deliver reliable and accurate financial reporting. Oversee all aspects of a suite of financial applications and management of a team of application analysts. Functions as a liaison to operational leadership to understand their business needs and challenges and collaborate on solutions. Provide technical support Enterprise wide, to the Nemours Business and non Business staff. Collaborate with the organization’s staff, vendors, IT colleagues and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, access available applications and technologies, develop detailed specifications, and evaluate and recommend solution options. Effectively participates in leadership discussions to develop departmental goals, standards, policies and project prioritization, including budgeting and resource planning. Responsible for one or more department/accounting unit, program/services or projects.
