Cook Children's Physician Network (in Fort Worth, TX) has an excellent opportunity for a board certified/board eligible sports medicine physician to treat patients in our new outpatient Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Walsh Clinic located in Fort Worth, Texas. Cook Children's is excited to offer a facility that encompasses a fully integrated pediatric and adolescent sports care system that includes Urgent Care, Primary Care, Orthopedics, Sports Rehab Physical Therapy, Orthotics, Imaging and Home Health DME.

Candidates must be board certified in Pediatrics or Family Practice Medicine and board certified or board eligible in Sports Medicine. Physician must secure an unrestricted Texas Medical License before commencement of employment.
