| JOB TITLE:Employee Health Registered Nurse - Case Manager LOCATION: Geisinger Medical Center Hospital DEPARTMENT:Employee Health Services WORK SCHEDULE: Days WORK TYPE: Full time JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for performing the functions of the Health Service Department through promoting well being and a safe working environment for all personnel in the assigned area within the Geisinger Health System. Works under the direction of the Director, Occupational Health and Manager, Health Services. Works in cooperation with the Health Services Physician. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Demonstrates strong organizational skills. Demonstrates ability to be self-motivated and work independently. Demonstrates ability to work well with others through strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills. Demonstrates computer skills including MS Word, Access, and Excel. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Licensed Registered Nurse currently licensed in Pennsylvania, or license eligible, required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Minimum three to five years nursing experience in a clinic or emergency department setting or prior Employee Health Service experience preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. Lifting and carrying up to 15-20lbs is involved. Occasional travel to other clinic sites.
