The Office Coordinator, as the first point of contact for the campus community parents, will refer student parents to appropriate on- and off-campus program services. This position will provide administrative services and office support to The ASPSU Childrens Center. Will work with director in working with the student staff, with time card alerts scheduling personal time off.

This position is 0.75 FTE (30 hours per week).
Ability to obtain a food handler’s card prior to start date.
Expertise in database management, website development, and office technology.
Safety Sleep training.
Recognizing and reporting Child Abuse.
Introduction to Child Care Health and Safety, First aid, CPR/AED: Adult, Pediatric.
Training certificates must be obtained before start date.
Successful completion of a background check.
One year experience in a program serving children and families.
Completion of some Early Childhood Courses (obtained through either on-the-job training, community college or four-year college)
