Nemours is seeking an Education and Development Analyst (FULL-TIME) to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida.
At Nemours, each Associate plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of world-class pediatric care to the children we serve. The team based at our home office in Jacksonville, Fla. provides essential administrative, financial and technical support to Nemours operations across all locations.
This position is responsible for:
On-going Quality Assurance for all CBO staff. Report evaluations to Supervisor. Provide training for CBO new hires and refresher training courses as needed. On-going development and maintenance of training materials. Act as resource for all CBO staff.
Responsible for testing scenarios related to the implementation of EpicUpgrades for training for the CBO staff.
Act as "trouble-shooter for problem accounts for all CBO staff.
Assist with creating, obtaining, and maintaining polices and procedures necessary to enhance the function of the department and it's employees.
Compile information and prepare reports to assist Supervisor.
Cross-trained in many areas of the CBO for reporting and training purposes.
Special projects as assigned by CBO Management.
High School Diploma required. Specialized (1 year of training beyond high school).
Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year experience preferred.
Ability to work independently, prioritize requests and allocate time effectively.
Proficient in Epic A/R system to analyze audit material efficiently and accurately.
Demonstrates exemplary customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Effectively formulates strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve maximum results. Ability to recognize the need for a Policy and Procedure, and then develop it.
