Nemours is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst (Full-Time), to join our team in either Jacksonville, Florida, Wilmington, Delaware or Orlando, Florida.
At Nemours, each Associate plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of world-class pediatric care to the children we serve. The team based at our home office in Jacksonville, Fla. provides essential administrative, financial and technical support to Nemours operations across all locations.
Nemours is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to join our team. This position can be located in either Jacksonville, Florida, Wilmington, Delaware or Orlando, Florida.
The primary focus of this position is:
1) assessing security risk of new engagements, new partners and technologies
2) evaluating security controls against industry control standards such as the Cybersecurity Framework, HIPAA, and/or PCI standards
3) maintaining and developing information security policies and procedures.
An ideal candidate will have relevant job experience in information security and technical systems auditing or hands-on technical security engineering, information security risk analysis, and information security analysis across multiple security control categories.

Work with application owners and business stakeholders to collect information to assess the risks to data processed on information systems and recommend appropriate controls to protect that data
Conduct security risk assessments of 3rd party controls and recommend controls to protect data
Evaluate security controls against industry control standards and report on vulnerabilities, risks and mitigation.
Assist to develop, maintain, and advance the implementation of all relevant policies and standards
Write technical documents, procedures, and work instructions
Conduct security awareness and training activities
Participate in security incident monitoring and response
Manage information security projects
Perform site visits to identify security risks and recommend mitigation.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree required.
Three to five years experience required.
Strong analysis skills ideally with technical knowledge
Demonstrate excellent listening skills, documentation skills, and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex topics with both technical and non-technical internal and external clients
Ability to function in a collaborative and collegiate environment
Demonstrate detail oriented skills necessary for effective research
Ability to apply business, technical, and regulatory perspectives to a problem.
