Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Finance, this position works closely with members of other departments to meet goals and objectives, and supports projects and processes which contribute to strategic planning and network development efforts. This position supports the hospital's business planning process by working collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams to develop business plans. Additionally, this position is responsible for oversight of the 340B Drug Discount Program, insuring compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements and program standards through a rigorous monitoring program.
Bachelor's Degree required in Business/Finance, Management, Statistics, or similar field
Three years Minimum in Health Care or Financial Analysis experience within a health care institution
Master's degree (MA, MS, MBA or MHA) or CPA preferred
Minimum of one year experience with the 340B Drug Discount Program preferred
Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare billing, compliance, charge master maintenance and auditing preferred
Ability to formulate, write and present effective business plans, situation analysis documents, and feasibility studies
Self-directed and able to multi-task as needed to complete projects
