Provide a range of therapeutic services, psycho-educational programming and behavioral interventions to assist the client in achieving progress towards the goals and objectives of the individualized service plan. Reports to Manager. Provides case management. Provides documentation and performs administrative functions appropriate to clinical role. Adheres to Inova's Culture of Safety. Participates in maintaining a Professional Culture in Inova Behavioral Health
Position is to be part of a DBT treatment team in an outpatient setting. Training will be included with the position, and the team will be trained in full fidelity DBT-A (adolescents). Must desire a willingness to work with the population that is appropriate for DBT. Therapist will provide individual, family and group therapy along with phone coaching. Other responsibilities include individual, family and group therapy for children and adolescents using appropriate modalities as part of the general outpatient services.
