The Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC seeks applicants for part-time, clinical track positions at the rank of adjunct assistant professorin the Division of Dental Public Health and Pediatric Dentistry.
Responsibilities include providing clinical care to underserved children at an off-site dental clinic and teaching at the predoctoral and postdoctoral levels as part of a large community project focusing on improving the oral health of children ages 0 to five.
Candidates should have a DDS or DMD degree, a California dental license, and a certificate of specialization in pediatric training from a CODA-accredited advanced dental education program and PALS certification. Past experience in caring for children 0 to 5 years of age, special needs and underserved patients in outpatient settings is required. Candidates with additional training and experience in community oral health are strongly encouraged to apply.
