Successful candidate will oversee the daily planning, operations and oversight of the Outpatient Infusion Center and the Oncology Clinic. You will collaborate with the Executive Director of Oncology Services and the Nursing Director of Medical/Surgery to ensure that both areas run effectively. In addition, you will collect and review data to bolster strategic planning, ensure service growth, and optimize patient services and satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or closely related field required; Master's preferred
Three to five years of previous work-related experience, plus three to six months of on-the-job training and orientation
Licensure required as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey
Superior analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources and apply professional principles in performing various analyses and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems.
