Riley Hospital for Children is part of Indiana University Health, the largest health care organization in the state of Indiana and one of the largest in the Midwest. Our state of the art 455-bed hospital is the only free-standing, tertiary care pediatric hospital in the state of Indiana. We complete over 25,000 anesthetics per year. Riley Hospital for Children offers the full spectrum of surgical services including transplant. Opportunities may exist to join anesthesia teams covering acute pain, chronic pain, and transplant. Our affiliation with the IU School of Medicine provides numerous opportunities for collaboration, research and teaching. Trainees include residents, pediatric anesthesia fellows, and pediatric cardiac anesthesia fellows. Our team of over 30 pediatric anesthesiologists utilize a care-team model and collaborate with CRNAs and AAs. Compensation and benefits are very competitive.

D.O. or M.D. from an accredited Medical School (or other equivalent credential from a foreign Medical School), with completion of a residency in anesthesiology accredited by the ACGME (or equivalent training). Applicants must be board eligible or board certified in pediatric anesthesia.
