LittleStar is a truly unique and special place for individuals and families affected by autism. Due to the increased prevalence data on incidences of autism, we are aware of a shortage of opportunities for diagnostic evaluations in the state of Indiana. LittleStar created our diagnostic clinic in early 2017 as a response to these shortages. The Primary role of the Psychologist - HSPP is to conduct autism evaluations.

Conduct diagnostic evaluations for children ages 2-18 with suspected autism utilizing the ADOS-2 and other relevant assessments and rating scales as needed (i.e., MIGDAS-2, BASC-3, SRS-2, Vineland-3).

Draft thorough diagnostic reports which include all identified symptoms and impairment areas related to a confirmed diagnosis.
Work closely with the Diagnostic Clinic Coordinator to ensure high levels of customer services regarding all areas of the evaluation and follow-up meetings.
Stay abreast of best practices for conducting autism evaluations and ensure that these practices are implemented within the clinic.
Travel to other locations throughout the state to provide assessment as needed, particularly Clarksville and Bloomington.
