Corneal Associates of New Jersey, a medical and surgical eye care practice, is seeking a Cornea Surgeon to become the successor of the physician who founded the practice and plans to retire in the next 2 years. The position entails practicing in a single location and inheriting an established base of collections totaling over $2M. We are a referral based group and maximize our surgeons' time in the OR. We provide tech and scribe support so you focus on patient care with a busy schedule of 40, 50, or more patients/day.
Transition his established base of 100% cornea and refractive patients to you
High yield and volume of cornea surgical cases
Refractive suite with VISX and Intralase iFS lasers onsite
No routine care is provided at the practice
Teaching opportunity with fulltime onsite Cornea Fellow
Partner with ophthalmologists in our other Northern NJ offices who sub-specialize in cornea, cataract, glaucoma, oculoplastic, pediatrics, retina, and refractive surgery
Twelve fulltime ophthalmologists and sixteen optometrists on the New Jersey team in seven offices
Location The position is located in one office in Fairfield, NJ and is referred patients from throughout Northern and Central New Jersey.
