Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, the employee will utilize professional knowledge of the principles and practices of accounting and finance and University administrative policies, procedures, and practices. Incumbent will be responsible for the fiscal management of all the clinical, training, and research program budgets with a combined annual budget of ~$7 million. Funding comes from a variety of sources, including fee-for-service, philanthropy, community contracts (Children and Families Commission of Orange County), state contracts (e.g., Department of Disabilities and Services), and school contracts. Duties include: fiscal reporting and budget projections, liaison to department HR, other University offices, and internal Center staff, including project PIs, operation managers, billing personnel, administration, and special project coordination.
