This role is responsible for: Inventory Clerks function and support the supply picking, putaway and delivery of supplies to the perpetual INV. Materials Management Tech also perform other associated supply chain processes, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments to ensure accuracy. In addition, this role is responsible for generating cycle counting reporting/conducting and reconciling them, as well as completing the daily finishing of data produced thru pick tickets. Customer service support with proper communication and follow up is essential.
Maintaining accurate internal inventory by conducting cycle counts where/when needed or directed by Leadership
Adhere to all Standard Processes established for completing data entry work/cycle counts.
Track and manage inventory of supplies while working with primary inventory buyer.
Process all data work daily and assist requisitioners when picking discrepancies are identified in making corrections as needed.
Accurately process and file all paperwork associated with all par and requisitioned supplies and running the reporting and validation of these reports.
Participate in regular Cycle Counts of inventoried supplies as well as conducting them and making necessary corrections within inventory data system.
Promptly communicate any issues involving inventory to the Inventory Buyer or the Materials Management Supervisor. These issues include (but are not limited to) shortages, unit of measures, shelf labels, accuracy and expirations.
Provide support to other areas within the department when needed or as directed.
