Cook Children’s Health Care System wants you to join us as an Executive Office Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing a high degree of quality communication between visitors/guest, board members and employees.
As our Executive Office Coordinator, you will be accountable for ensuring that the front desk runs smoothly, efficiently and reflects Cook Children’s culture and values. You will need to have the ability to show trustworthiness and handle confidential information. You will support other executive assistants by multi-tasking with confidence, organizational ability and professionalism. You will also get the opportunity to cross-train with our Concierge office.
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to manage a multi phone line system and multi-task
3 years Office/Administration experience required
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are also required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to speak, understand and read English at a business level
Familiar with Cook Children’s Administration a real plus
