This position functions under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator, assigned provider, and the Medical Directors of the Genetics, and Metabolic Genetics programs. Skillfully provides quality case management services to assigned patients , which may include patients scheduled in the FW clinic, outlying clinics, and those scheduled utilizing telemedicine. Works collaboratively with the Genetics team members and maintains optimum productivity while meeting the needs of the patients and their families.
Education & Experience
Baccalaureate degree in genetics, biology, sociology, social work, psychology, child development, or other related field preferred.
Two years case management experience or comparable clinical experience desired Bilingual ability preferred. (Spanish)
