Baylor Scott and White Division of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, Department of Surgery is seeking an experienced Division Director of Otolaryngology Surgery in the fast growing central Texas region of Temple, TX. Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified, with otolaryngology surgical leadership capabilities.
Candidates must have clinical, administrative, and leadership experience, with a focus to help expand upon a strong, full service, otolaryngology service.
5 years or more of otolaryngology surgery and leadership experience preferred.
Position will assist with strategic leadership and collaboration in Otolaryngology Specialty Services, including all subspecialties: Pediatrics, Rhinology, Otology, Head and Neck Oncology, Laryngology, General Otolaryngology, and Audiology.
Lead team of 10 Otolaryngologists with fellowship training, and 6 Audiologists.
Established, accredited Otolaryngology residency program approved for one resident per year. Experience developing junior staff/faculty.
Academic appointment at the level of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor through Texas A&M College of Medicine will be determined by experience and qualifications. Proven track record of academic accomplishments and professional service necessary to ensure the continuation and enhancement of ENT services.
