The Child Life Specialist will promote healthy growth and development, reduce anxiety of hospitalization, and aid focusing on emotional adjustment to procedures and hospitalization for pediatric patients in the outpatient settings. This CL Specialist must also be capable of providing support to inpatient units when needed, i.e. vacation coverage or illness of coworkers
