Description Associate Clinical Supply Specialist Job Summary: The Associate Clinical Supply Specialist is located in the Central Supply Operating Rooms material department provides supplies and services to the clinical staff within the operating rooms supply core spaces. The department has 1-manager 2-supervisors, 1-inventory specialist and 4-leads across two multi-start shifts. The department is manned 24 hrs daily including weekends and holidays Department/Unit Summary: Vanderbilt University Medical Center's supply chain department is designed to enable physicians and clinicians to enhance quality outcomes and patient safety. Our team is comprised of almost 300 employees who strive to ensure efficient and successful behind-the-scenes operations for the hospital system. Through Vanderbilt Health Supply Chain Solutions we help hospitals, practices and health systems achieve clinical integration in their supply chains to increase efficiency, reduce cost and improve accuracy of scheduling and delivery of medical supplies.
