Performs diverse and advanced administrative and secretarial support to Chief Medical Officer at Long Beach Medical Center,  Medical Staff Office Director, overseeing both  Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Children's and Women's Hospital and Medical Staff Leadership.  Applies knowledge of business and applications to research topics, investigate problems or questions and provide necessary information and/or achieve resolution. Functions as a key point contact and customer service and is accountable for achieving satisfactory and positive outcomes with key contacts. 
Facilitates meeting logistics, agendas and minutes for numerous Committees including Medical Executive Committes and associated subcommittees.  Composes memorandums and reports. Uses discretionary initiative and judgement in handling sensitive and confidential details.   Demonstrates supervisor interpersonal and administrative skills commensurate with position.
