Summary

The Clinical Coordinator RN has the ability to articulate a compelling, actionable vision for the unit/department. The Clinical Coordinator RN facilitates teamwork and unit pride by advocating for an environment that promotes quality patient care standards and implements strategies to ensure patient and physician satisfaction. The Clinical Coordinator RN has the authority, accountability and responsibility for the management of patient care within their respective areas. Areas of responsibility will include nursing practice, physician relations, personnel management, staff development and positive customer relations. This position will demonstrate sound clinical judgment and decision making skills within the department of oversight. 

Qualifications: 

  •  
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current Texas RN Licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting
  • Current BLS and PALS is required
  • Advanced certification in field of specialty preferred
