We are a fun, highly competent team currently comprising 3 Au.D.s, 2 Front Office Staff, 1 Operations Manager/Front/Back Office Staff, and 1 Strategic Manager. We are are serious about our careers, our patients, and our practice. We are currently the only audiology practice in our community. We are looking to expand our team in order to provide support for three ENT offices and all primary care physicians. We are seeking an audiologist who would be comfortable performing a variety of duties, including comprehensive diagnostic hearing testing for adults and pediatrics, basic vestibular testing (including ocular motility, calorics, positionals/positioning using ENG), and electrophysiologic testing (primarily ABR). The audiologist would also engage in hearing aid dispensing (i.e., selection and fitting following best practices, including proficiency in real-ear verification), occasional fitting of bone anchored implants (Cochlear BAHA), and cochlear implant candidacy assessment and programming (primarily Cochlear Americas). The audiologist may provide other standard tests as needed. It is important the the audiologist would have a high level of dedicated to educating patients regarding test results and to counseling, reviewing options, and making recommendations that best meet their hearing care needs. The audiologist would also engage in educating patients on listening and communication strategies and the latest research on the relationship between hearing impairment and overall physical and cognitive health. Proficiency in Spanish would be a plus.

The practice blossomed to four locations throughout southern New Mexico, Alamogordo, Ruidoso, Roswell, and the main location, Las Cruces, NM. Additional Salary Information: Our offer includes a generous commission plan that can bring your total annual compensation to $150,000-$180,000. Professional growth and mentoring is built in to the career track. The position comes with a signing bonus of $5000. Your benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, and comprehensive 401(k) retirement plan with optional employee tax-deferred contributions, employer safe harbor contributions, and employer profit sharing contributions. We also offer relocation expenses and allowances for licensure, dues for professional organization and continuing education.
