Title: Medical Assistant Cook Children's Physician Network The network includes primary care physicians and/or pediatric specialists with offices in Tarrant, Denton, Parker, Johnson and Hood counties. Through the network, Cook Children's has established physician offices in several medically underserved, predominately low-income neighborhoods. The network also has increased access to pediatric specialty care through outreach clinics in many communities in North and West Texas. Summary: The PN MA, Internal Staffing will deliver competent and skilled care to patients and families as supervised and assigned by the RN/LVN and/or physician/nurse practitioner. The Medical Assistant will deliver competent care with a team orientated attitude and an emphasis on good customer relations and sound clinical judgment. This position floats to the various CCPN office locations as assigned. Eagerly adjusts to a variety of locations, quickly learning differing routines, procedures, and physician expectations. Role model for all staff, displaying strict adherence to all policies and procedures; impeccable judgement. Exhibits extraordinary dependability and adaptability. Extensive travel required. Skillfully and consistently performs daily clinical duties per established policy and procedure. Qualifications:
