We are currently recruiting a Full-time Board Certified Physician to join our team in the Baltimore, MD area. Job Summary: Reporting to the Medical Director, the Complex Care Physician will be based in the indicated market. As a member of the PopHealthCare market leadership team, he or she will play a primary role in the development of the clinical roadmap for the nation’s leading in-home care provider for vulnerable seniors and adults. The Complex Care Physician will spend at least 80% of their time dedicated to providing care to the most complex patients in our populations (in-person, virtually, clinical case conferences) and will include travel up to 20% of the time to support both clinical and administrative duties. A typical daily schedule could include up to 8 in-person home visits, including unplanned, urgent, and/or emergent in-home visits as needed to meet patient needs.
