Behavioral Care Partner
Summary Assumes the caretaker role for psychiatric patients (and non-psychiatric patients when necessary) either on psychiatric or non-psychiatric units such as medical/surgical floors, PICU, or the Emergency Department. Behavioral Care Partners will care for children including activities of daily living, maintaining a safe environment, and the management of harmful behaviors. Behavioral Care Partners deliver competent and skilled care to patients and families as supervised and delegated by the RN/LVN. Behavioral Care Partners deliver care with a team-oriented approach and an emphasis on good customer relations.Education & ExperienceHigh school Diploma.One of the following:a.
