Up to 5K Sign On Bonus Assesses, designs, presents or manages, and evaluates educational programs, in-service and orientation for designated Nursing and Non-Nursing personnel that falls within the general nurse educator�s assigned set of departments/facilities or service area, using the hospital market model. Assists with competency development and maintenance of department-specific competencies and specialty certification. Consistently collaborates with the leadership team to ensure that all educational programs, in-service, and orientation remains relevant to the goals established by the hospital market and at the corporate level.
