Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
Swedish Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking a full-time Cardiology Program Director for the Advanced Cardiac Support Program. This program oversees heart failure management for a five-hospital system as well as oversees the Swedish LVAD and ECMO programs. This is a leadership position expected to work on existing programs that standardize heart failure inpatient and outpatient management, work to create databases and informatics to insure best patient care, oversee the work being performed for 30-day readmission and mortality reduction and help develop innovative new methods to treat this at-risk population. Monday to Friday schedule
0.3 FTE clinical, 0.7 FTE administration
Join a well renown award winning program in its 6th year of operation
Work with the Medical Director for Heart Failure within the Advanced Cardiac Support Program
Heart failure management experience preferred
LVAD, ECMO and program building experience is preferred
Cardiology experience required
2 years??? overall all experience required
Leadership or lead experience required
Strong people skills and program management
