This position is responsible for providing leadership and operational direction to a designated service line or group of departments at a facility. He/she will work in partnership with the Nurse Administrator, other Nursing leadership, and other facility management to ensure the provision of optimal patient care, attainment of financial goals, and development of leaders. This position has either regional accountability or service line/multiple department responsibility for a nursing or clinical program. This position typically reports to the Nurse Administrator.
