This Senior Recruiter role will be support our new medical center in Prosper and our Collin County and Dallas County operations, as well as providing recruiting support for our Fort Worth medical center.
Cook Children’s Senior Recruiter is responsible for multiple functions in the Talent Acquisition process, including candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction. You will:
identify recruitment markets and strategies
perform candidate sourcing
recommend appropriate advertising
facilitate the hiring process.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full hiring process, from applicant screening to onboarding, for your assigned areas of responsibility. In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide support to the Talent Acquisition management team, including the mentoring and training of new recruiters. A Senior Recruiter at Cook Children’s is responsible for teaching management training classes, as needed..
Cook Children’s Talent Acquisition team works a hybrid office schedule after your first six months.
Bachelor degree preferred
Minimum of five years of work experience in human resources & recruitment required. May have an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of education and/or experience stated above
Experience with application tracking systems (ATS), resume mining, and behavioral interviewing required
Healthcare experience preferred
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification
Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), a plus
