Summary The Customer Service Specialist serves as the first point of contact for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls to resolve patient/guarantor billing concerns and inquiries in both hospital and professional billing. Process patient payments, set up payment arrangements and provides customer/patient education when necessary. Position requires a high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers and others.
