JFK Memorial Hospital has provided medical care to residents in the Coachella Valley since 1966. A group of physicians, including Dr. Reynaldo Carreon, founded the hospital and today one of JFK�s cross streets is named in his honor.
Originally called Indio Community Hospital, JFK has grown to a 145-bed acute-care hospital that is part of Tenet Healthcare California. It offers a variety of services, including:

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Staff Occupational Therapist is directly responsible to the Director and/or his or her designee, and
has the responsibility for overall direction, utilization, supervision, instruction and evaluation of
professional and supportive staff, volunteers and students in their area of the occupational therapy
department/facility.

Training and Education Requirements
� Graduate of an American Occupational therapy accredited school of Therapy
� Preferred minimum of two years department/facility experience
� Must have certification by the National Board of Occupational Therapy Certification
