Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants

Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgery physician assistant to join a well-established team of surgeons and PA-Cs at Providence Medical Group's well-respected Orthopedics department. The primary focus for the position will be hand trauma and will be a mix of outpatient clinic, surgical and inpatient rounding duties. This position will round at Providence Sacred Heart, a Level II trauma center, and treat patients at the McClellan Downtown Orthopedic trauma clinic, which will include seeing patients postoperatively, as well as ER and Urgent Care follow ups and Occupational Medicine referrals. Desirable Monday-Friday, five-day work week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule
No weekend or evening call coverage
Mix of outpatient clinic, surgical, and inpatient duties
Requires flexibility and adaptability
Post graduate orthopedics and/or surgical experience required
Hand surgery experience preferred
