Position Summary

This position supports inventory management at all Phoenix Children`s locations by working with end users to establish and maintain accurate and appropriate supply levels in all Supply locations. This position also has responsibility for all Par Excellence (PAR EX) system related activities.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience

• Experience working with medical supplies hospital experience (Required)
• Experience with inventory handling/management practices (Required)
• Experience with Lawson and Par Excellence systems (Preferred)

Certifications

• Electric pallet jack training certification (Preferred)
• Current and valid Arizona Driver’s License (Preferred)

Special Skills

• Stays up-to-date and trained on inventory control procedures as offered in classes, seminars, and workshops. Networks with other local inventory coordinators to establish relationships and idea sharing.

• Is a contributing member of value analysis or product standardization committees. (Required)
