Minimum Education â€¢ Associates Degree required â€¢ Bachelor's degree preferred â€¢ Master's degree MHA, MSN, MBA, or related field preferred â€¢ 3+ years of experience in Medical Surgical Services, preferably Medical Surgical nursing required â€¢ 3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred â€¢ Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Licenses, Certifications, & Training: â€¢ Licenses: Current Alabama RN Licensure â€¢ Basic Life Support (BLS) â€¢ Advanced Life Support (ACLS) â€¢ Pediatric Life Support (PALS) â€¢ Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) preferred
