The Vice President, Patient Care and Associate Chief Nursing Officer is a key member of the Senior Leadership team responsible for leading, directing and evaluating nursing and patient care services throughout Seattle Children’s. Directs and integrates continuous improvement and innovation methodologies intended to increase the quality and safety of patient care, the experience of the care provided, and the professional growth of the nursing practice and nursing leadership. Develops, implements, and evaluates strategic planning, policies and programs, care delivery and the identification and allocation of financial, human and capitol resources required to meet current and anticipated patient care needs. Establishes and sustain
