• Up to a $2000 Sign On Bonus
• Shift information: Evenings 4 pm-12:30 am PLUS alternating weekends
• Types of clients seen: Working with clients in crisis, who have outreached the (988) mobile hotline and are in need of an in-person assessment
• What is the team dynamic for this department: This team has several established team members who work very well together and you go out on calls with a team member
• Location: Our evening team starts and ends their day at the BJC Learning Institute on Eager Road in Brentwood. They will be in the community completing outreaches whenever they are called out. They spend the bulk of their downtime based at Children’s Hospital providing support to their observers.
• Ideal Skill Set: experience with crisis a plus, comfort/ability to learn on the fly, early-adopter of change, understanding of DMH population/regulations is a bonus but not necessary

BJC Behavioral Health is a community health center that provides and coordinates behavioral health services for more than 8,000 seriously mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Fran�ois, Iron and Washington counties.  As an Administrative Agent of the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), BJC Behavioral Health serves as a major point of entry for people eligible for mental health services funded by DMH and is responsible for serving as gatekeeper to the public mental health system.
