Overview
Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our practice at Memorial Hermann Northeast, located in Humble, TX, a thriving suburb of Houston.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced NNP who wants to join a fantastic group of 3 NNPs and 3 Neonatologists.
· 14-bed Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 6 NICU/8 NBN
· Our team cares for neonates >28 weeks in the NICU and covers the NBN service as well.
· A supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs facilitates a positive and collaborative work environment.
· 24/7 NNP coverage with an on-call neonatologist at night.
· Flexible, 24-48 hour shifts support an excellent work-life balance.
· Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.
· Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team.
· Ability to pick up shifts in Level III-IV NICUs in our practice, IF desired.

Qualifications
Current APRN national specialty certification
Minimum of a masterâ™s degree
