The Program Coordinator is responsible for defining the mission and vision of the service, developing the scope of practice for all clinical staff, implementing best-practice programming, and assuring implementation of quality improvement measures. The incumbent is responsible for developing, planning, clarifying, administering and managing all clinical services.
